The purpose of this research project is to identify and explain the need for the Human Resources Office of the 133rd Airlift Wing, Minnesota Air National Guard to implement a Violence in the Workplace Program. The research data collected and analyzed will explain what violence in the workplace is, the risks involved with workplace violence, the legal issues, the warning signs, and preventative measures that should be implemented, at a minimum, in organizations facing or potentially facing violence in the workplace.
