Abstract
The purpose of this booklet is to develop an awareness of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and the debilitating effects that encompass these challenging diseases. The primary goal is to inform employers what an individual is dealing with on a day to day basis. The secondary goal is to inform employees of their individual rights.
