This project will present a summary of information pertaining to early childhood education's shift toward professionalism. It will also present a series of training modules geared toward practitioners who do not hold degrees in early childhood education. The modules are based on the eight components of professionalism with activities that allow individuals to make personal changes to impact the field as a whole.
