Project Coordinator (Advisor 1)
The purpose of this project was to determine the most feasible solution to reducing the high employee turnover in the sales and catering office at the Sheraton Northwest Hotel. The potential causes investigated were low pay, long hours and some weekend hours, poor training, and lack of ability to promote from within.
