Project Coordinator (Advisor 1)
The purpose of this project was to define the problem of the plateaued employee, to examine the causes, and to recommend ways to alleviate the effects on the individual, such as demotivation and lack of self-esteem, as well as effects such as the loss of valuable employees or lack of productivity by the company.
