Abstract
The purpose of this project was to examine possible part-time options for flight attendants at Northwest Airlines. It was the intention of this researcher to work with the Teamsters Union, to negotiate a part-time work option to be included in the contract agreed upon, between the Teamsters Union and Northwest Airlines, for the benefit of the flight attendants.
